1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Askew's Landing RV Campground. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

2.1. All reservations are subject to availability.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.3. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation should be made in advance for a full refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is by 11am.

3.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Conduct and Behavior

4.1. All guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property.

4.2. Any damage to property or disturbance to others may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Pets

5.1. Pets are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Pets are allowed off leash in our dog parks.

5.2. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the pet owner.

6. Amenities and Services

6.1. We provide various amenities and services, as described on our website. These are subject to change without notice.

6.2. Usage of all amenities and services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Askew's Landing RV Campground is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property, except where such liability is imposed by law.

7.2. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind by guests.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, then through the jurisdiction of the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi.
